There is roughly two hours of homework each evening. The homework includes reading and answering a set of short-answer questions in preparation for the following day's content and labs. This approach allows maximum hands-on time during class hours. The first evening is the shortest, with the last Wednesday and Thursday typically ending a little later.
As well, there is some course pre-work. One week before program start, students will be e-mailed a set of readings and homework to prepare for the course. This assignment takes one to two hours to complete.
